To cover our expenses (utilities, insurances etc.) and the fee for our live-in concierges, we rent the Party House for kids birthday parties and other child events. It has a hall for cake/décor/piñata activities, with an air-conditioned dressing room (or party prep room) that has a huge fridge and a big micro-wave and a complete bathroom to shower/change before the party.
The rent includes also 25 chairs and 4 banquet tables. There will be time to prepare for and to clean up after the party. Besides that, the park (without the Party House) is also being rented to schools, other group outings and/or park parties. In general the months’ rental schedule fills up pretty quickly. The park can be rented during the day: from 7am to 1pm or from 1pm to 7pm; Rental options: A: Use of Party house ; B: Use of Oasis bar area; C: Use of Park bench.
